The Maritim Hotel, opened in 1989, is located in the scenic Rhine Valley in a business district at the Godesberger Allee of the city of Bonn, Germany near the grounds formerly used for the Federal Gardening Exhibition, between Bonn and Bad Godesberg.

The spacious in-house events area is perfectly integrated with the hotel, without trespassing into the residential areas. Besides the Maritim Hall with emporia and stage for up to 2,800 people, the establishment has another 15 conference and meeting rooms, as well as a large foyer with about 1,000 square metres of exhibition space.
